Certainly in Canada, we try to claim to at least blur these lines wherever possible, in the glorious spectacle of fairness that our country has always hoped to appease the world with. Of course, a mandate of public order can be cynically misinterpreted as easily as it can be cynically applied – such a mandate being inextricably intertwined with ‘special’ and ‘public’ interests alike, it is thus easily characterized by any whose interests it might serve in a myriad of conflicting and overlapping ways.

In the deluded, power-obsessed, confused and twisted mind of a Communist watching their petty dreams of stalwart paternalism rot out at the roots, however, the Police still apparently represent the ultimate threat underlying demands for specific social behaviours. If someone doesn’t quietly go along with some people’s abusive and psychotic expectations, the Police are called in a display of passive aggressiveness that may have played out in the late 70′s, but doesn’t hold much water with anyone remotely versed in the most basic respect for Human Rights underpinning our modern realities.

Thus, I find the Police at my door today, investigating fresh allegations against me by the family that still cannot tell me how I lost my eye in their care – this time the allegations are of physical threats by me against my family and even, bizarrely, myself.

Of course, the officers at my door were not made aware of extensive complaints I have myself filed with Ottawa Police, outlining abuse of my brother Matthew. In this, I welcomed them to contact Det. Maserati of the Ottawa Police Mental Health Unit, to see if he would elaborate on why his Dept. continues to insist that my brother retains all of his legal rights, when this has been conclusively shown to not be the case.

But even if they were remotely interested or motivated enough to investigate my side of the story, this is not their job. The police are more like street cleaners – they are there to find the weak link in a chain, and remove it. Putting the chain back together is NOT their concern – their mandate is preventing the proverbial shrapnel that flies when a chain breaks, and the metaphorical accident that perhaps ensues.

Especially in a situation where conflicting claims are being made, their interest is to cauterize the wound, and leave others to tend to any social fallout that does not peak into violence – to demand more from them all but ensures their role becomes inherently intrusive, thus threatening the impartiality that must by definition form the core tenets of their profession.

How would you feel if you walked into a situation they give you a gun to deal with, only to find yourself embroiled in the messiest of family mudslinging? You worry that your mind is being dulled by such things – you think of your family, and push back thoughts of those stories that always turn on the same, one time lapse of S.O.P. You might wonder why you are there at all, when there are real crimes to deal with?

I feel for the frustration the police must suffer when they are asked to be social workers by people without the will to take responsibility for their own actions. However, I also shudder to think of the consequences for someone taken off guard by such a crisis in their life, to be subjected to such debilitating treatment in response to perfectly legitimate questions surrounding an immediate family member’s legal and medical predicament.

For what are the more sinister implications of such a systemic intervention in my dispute with my family? If my brother’s medical care is all on the up-and-up, then why am I being lied to, and reported to the Police as potentially homicidal/suicidal when I challenge these lies?

How are these claims vetted by the Police Services involved? On what evidence did “Bill” and “Dave” from Vancouver PD drop by my house, pounding on my door unannounced, to accuse me of violent threats against immediate blood relatives 2000 miles away?

What efforts did these officers or their superiors take to determine the credibility of these claims? While emails I’ve sent were alluded to, no one seemed to have actually read these emails, or even bothered to check them for my phone number, which would be present at the bottom of every one. I suppose this is how my address was obtained – so why NOT phone me? I think it is clear by now that I am not trying to hide from anyone – in fact, I wish that MY concerns as reported to Police over the past several years were treated to such prompt attention!

This will be a matter for some discussion between myself and pertinent authorities, believe that. I spoke with “Bill” and “Dave” and they left stating that they were more than satisfied with my stability and the reasonable concerns I raised in telling my side of the story. They seemed like decent fellows who share at least some common ground with me – we all wish we’d never met, at least under such tasteless circumstances.

However, I will be following this incident up with specific enquiries, for myself as well as the wider principles evoked by the clear misuse of official resources to further a cynical personal agenda, and the questions that it raises. What of the person who, for whatever reason, loses their cool in such a situation? What of someone who, from an entirely unrelated period of their life, has a prior record, and is thus misjudged by the professionals asked to respond to such public concerns?

What of someone struggling with perfectly legitimate and understandable issues of unhappiness that spring directly from their treatment by those closest to them, whose reaction to such abuse becomes the justification for what effectively becomes a furtherance of this very abuse and harassment, at the hands of various authorities whose mandates are being unethically manipulated?

From another facet of this equation, as legitimate as such concerns are, how far can police be asked to second guess themselves before they render their own job impossible, their very role ineffective? What about the professional frustration and waste of resources represented by such irresponsible cries of ‘Wolf’?

This is the insidious nature of the kind of professional perversity that drives my little brother’s situation, in that it twists and taints every discipline – and ultimately everyone – that it encounters.

Even the officers at my door agreed that medications given to teenagers in the 80′s have since been banned for causing the very symptoms that allegedly ‘prove’ my brother’s ‘illness’. Yet that I am being blocked from access to these records is ‘outside the realm of the current discussion of matters at hand’.

So what are ‘the matters at hand’? That I suggested there are links between a prominent Socialist family in Ottawa and the current NDP MP there, Paul Dewar? That perhaps the Socialist policies that fund Kim Seale Menard’s place of employment are self-serving, in that so many of the contracts she has awarded, at least during certain periods in the past, have been to her live-in spouse, a member of this same prominent Socialist family with direct ties to the current local NDP MP Paul Dewar?

Have I struck a nerve? Perhaps someone should take a closer look at who I have, in fact, upset with my more and more public statements? I post a blog here on this issue, and a week later the Police are at my door investigating emails I allegedly sent well in the past, as if this is all of a sudden an immediate and pressing concern?

Is there a connection here? That would be for others to determine, as I have no direct knowledge of tax dollars fed through the system to Cassidy Carpentry over the past 5 years – though it is easy enough to ascertain the presence and specific nature of any safeguards in place to prevent such a clear and readily apparent opportunity for the perception of impropriety in such a professional environment. If this issue has NOT been spoken to at Ms. Seale’s workplace, then I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect that it should have been, and/or is now.

The only emails from myself to immediate family that might be construed as angry and threatening were sent last year at most recent, and contain heated language in response to the continued refusal to provide me with specific and consistent details surrounding the loss of my eye in our family home. In these emails I expressed unbridled disgust at my family’s duplicity on this subject, and their choice to accuse me of ‘obsessing’ over such matters, when I should ‘get over it’. This humiliating and scornful response has even seen those once closest to me libellously reporting to Mental Health Authorities in Vancouver that I was suicidal, and now even goes so far as to attempt to intimidate me with cynical and fraudulent reports made to Police resulting in their dispatch to my house.

Get over WHAT, is clearly the question I am asking – because surely the abuse must be seen to end before one can ‘get over it’?

I simply want to know the true facts surrounding the loss of my eye, and my brother’s actual medical history – and for this I find the Police at my door, asking me direct questions about my purported homicidal and suicidal nature. The absurdity of this is outlandish in scope – especially in light of the concerns I myself have informed Ottawa Police of repeatedly, resulting in nothing but a continued, irrational refusal to investigate my easily verifiable allegations, despite several years of repeated efforts on my part to bring sanity and justice to my brother’s life.

Stay tuned for more details on this attempt to silence me by people with direct links to Federal Politicians, and what improprieties may, in fact, underlie this sudden concern for emails that stretch back several years. What IS clear at this point, is that speaking out against heavily government funded programs, and illuminating the true nature and actions of those who obsessively apply them, leaves one open to criminal and abusive harassment at the hands of people who have their fingers in several of the many, many cookie jars our over-inflated, inherently corrupt, Socialist principles of Government and Taxation-as-Industry have inundated a city like Ottawa with.

These are people who seek your tax dollars as their primary source of income – it is not hard to see how skewed this approach can become, nor the rot at the heart of our collective culture that it represents!

For example – you have less money to fix your own house, because you pay taxes that go to maintaining housing for people dependent on the State. You also find that with such plum Government money to be had, you’re expected to pay top dollar for good workmanship, thus competing against your own tax dollars with what money you have left to spend on yourself!

It’s NONSENSE – and not only does it finance horrible abuse of misplaced power, as a societal model it DOESN’T WORK. The evidence of the foundational distress our social and economic systems are under is more and more apparent every day. When you centralize wealth and power, it will always be stolen! Am I still free to say such things?

Or should I be in custody right now, and possibly scheduled for ‘psychiatric evaluation’, without hearing or recourse, at which I may be further stripped of my rights and control over my own life, by mere order of a medical professional?

No trial, no hearing, no recourse until AFTER this has been done, and then you can TRY to appeal it – if your brain still functions at all on the ‘meds’ (i.e. Neurotoxins) you are forced to ingest – or simply strapped down and injected with against your will, in a display of tyranny that would make the Croatian SS lick their lips in anticipation and glee.

This is the true insanity amongst our culture – it is reminiscent of Soviet Style crimes against humanity during the Stalin years, and this is hardly a coincidence.

How could it be, when applied by one of Canada’s most prominent and leading Socialists of his day, former NDP leader Michael Morris Cassidy himself? Socialists and Psychiatry share a long, incestuous history, and while the parallels to Hitler’s Germany and Stalin’s Russia are dismissed as clichéd and trite by ‘modern’ standards, I encourage all who read this to reconsider time and social developmental patterns in a wider historical context, and to take a closer look at the tax dollars and Eugenicist ideals driving the demand for the most destructive of socialist agendas, which we see increasingly homogenizing and ultimately destroying our culture today, while we watch bitterly from the sidelines, firmly convinced of our own helplessness.

It is fascinating how many total strangers have insinuated themselves intrinsically into our notions of ‘Family’ in Canada today. The institutions that our country’s children are entrusted to should never be more important than the children themselves.

Claiming that ‘physiologically defective’ children need to be ‘chemically altered’ into accordance with any such intellectual construct is not only insanity, it is Eugenics – for it by definition assumes a genetic superiority of said institution, and the humans who conceptualize and manage it, over the very beings these institutions are purported to teach and serve.

Hitler didn’t call his political endeavour ‘National Socialism’ for nothing, and similarly he was not the darling of the psychiatric establishment of his day by chance. It is hardly a mystery why Stalin flew the same banner as a means of expanding on these vile, disgusting, evil, genocidal principles, either.

Thanks so much for calling me a “one eyed asshole”, Ms. Menard. You really shine when you say things like that, you know? It shows your true colours, very flattering.

It really is a broken record to hear again and again the false assertion that Matt retains even the tiniest shred of his rights, when in truth he has been so emasculated that other people make decisions for him that immediately become legally his, and can then be routinely reported as such by those who wield this power over him – even to immediate blood relatives such as myself, leaving me completely in the dark as to my own brother’s true legal situation, while trying to understand his claims of overt and abusive control at the hands of his so called ‘caregivers’.

I learned this the hard way, as I have also explained repeatedly, when 8 months of lies from as high up as then ROH CEO George Weber‘s offices, were finally unravelled by ROH legal counsel at the time, Caroline Failes of Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall, after I successfully manoeuvred her and Mr. Michael Cassidy into a corner with their own half-truths and blatant fallacies.

Despite 8 months of claims that Matthew needed only to ask for a change in care to receive one, when he finally did muster up this courage one last time, I was subsequently informed by Ms. Failes that Matt had been stripped of his legal right to make ANY decision regarding his medical care several YEARS prior. This was a complete shock to me, as even Ottawa Police had informed me explicitly that Matthew retained full legal control over his medical care, when it fact the exact opposite was true!

Worse, it was revealed that every decision reported as his own up to that point, had in fact been made FOR him. Thus, I myself was cynically and reprehensibly co-opted into his abusive treatment, as I accused him for several months of lying to me, based on the most false and manipulative of statements made to me repeatedly by Matthew’s doctors and staff at the Royal Ottawa Hospital. This is nothing less than CRIMINAL.

Thankfully, Ms. Failes ultimately found the moral fortitude and professional integrity to put her foot down and flatly answer the simple legal concerns I had raised, becoming the only person to date I have had contact with who has shown any apparent concern for the most basic notions of truth and honesty in human relations, in regard to my brother’s situation.

Ms. Failes has since shed her responsibilities for the ROH, under circumstances she obviously was not inclined to discuss. Perhaps her firm sees the grass growing greener on the other side of the courtroom, hmm?

So, Ms. Menard – I think a woman of your profession is quite intelligent enough to understand the impropriety here, not to mention retain the details, after being informed of them so many times by myself.

Certainly you yourself are no stranger to impropriety, for that matter.

What was your job again? Oh yes, I remember – you manage social housing in Ottawa, and conveniently direct much of this government business to your, uh, ‘partner’, Benedict Cassidy, himself the son of prominent NDPer Michael Cassidy, who in turn maintains close ties with current Centretown MP Paul Dewar, after working extensively with his mother, Marion Dewar, from the 70′s on.

Well, well, well, follow the money, as they say. Clearly, we’re looking at entire families AND their ‘affiliates’ (no pun intended – I’m just not sure what to call you), plugging themselves into the tax base purely as a vehicle of realizing a profitable social identity for themselves irrelevant of necessity or true social good, in your case utilizing the supposed need for Social Housing as your excuse to get a piece of the helplessness pie.

Not content to fill your own coffers in this manner, you have for well over ten years directed a vast proportion of your department’s contracts to what in legal terms would be referred to as your ‘spouse’.

This is a blatant conflict of interest on your behalf, though I suppose you have trained with the best, after all. Despite the overlapping political convolutions of this affair, there is no need to cast a wider net around the issue to see your blatant fiscal infidelity.

Since you would be so overjoyed to ‘call up the white jacket guys’ for me, I think I’ll return the favour by contacting your immediate superiors, not to mention the newspapers, to discuss the blatant and fraudulent nepotism that you have been overseeing in your professional capacities for at least the past decade.

I have direct knowledge of this, as I have worked directly on contracts which you and Mr. Benedict Cassidy have discussed openly in my very presence.

But hey – you know best how to spend our non-profit tax dollars, right? And not an eyelid will flutter at your transgressions, as I am carted away to be forcibly injected with brain damaging neuro-toxins like my little brother Matthew has been, against his will, for the past 25 years.

A scenario straight out of Communist Russia during the Cold War, no less – and yet you crow over its possibility of becoming reality, and in fact wish it directly and openly upon me.

You’ve lost your grip, Kim Seale Menard and Benedict Wilfred Cassidy. If you insist on ripping the lid right off this thing, then so be it.

What is being done to Matthew is WRONG. I have tried to oppose this in an endless myriad of ways over 25 years, and have been REPEATEDLY LIED TO.

This is ABUSE. YOU are COMPLICIT.

STEP IN AND STOP IT.

After running away aged 15 to avoid the same fate, I have been forced to endure 30 years of watching my younger brother Matthew totally destroyed by a psychiatric system that seeks to profit from rendering people helpless for the remainder of their natural lives, thus plugging themselves directly into our country’s tax base through our increasingly broken public health care system.

There was never anything wrong with Matthew – he taught me how to program computers in BASIC when he was 11 years old, and unlocked the secrets of lead guitar for me at 15, sparking a lifelong pursuit of music by me. The only problem he ever had was that he was a brilliant kid in a violent, disturbed and abusive home – a situation so disturbing I myself was forced to stay after school daily to do my homework in the library, even then going from an A student to just barely making the honour roll. Often I would get home after 5 pm – no one noticed, nor asked once why I never brought any homework home.

But in the end, trying to keep my grades up while avoiding the fists of my alcoholic, drug addict dropout older brother paled in comparison the suffering of the youngest, smallest, and thus most abused member of the household, my little bro Matt. The truth of the fate that awaited him then is a true horror that has cost him years he will never get back, and to this day is something I cannot reconcile myself. This is a story of a cultish obsession with medical issues and so called ‘professionals’ that is a ‘mental illness’ in and of itself. If the perpetrators were subject to their own vicious scrutiny, they would have hospitalized and forcibly medicated themselves long before they had a chance to destroy their children’s lives.

Since found to have concealed and refused treatment for their own mental health histories – the very same treatments they now impose on their adult son – our parents, Michael and Maureen Cassidy, were obsessed with medical issues of any sort throughout our childhood. Despite their inability to even provide me with a consistent account of how I lost my right eye in their care as an infant, they blame the necessity of forcibly drugging my little bro on alleged damage from drug use aged 15, ignoring and denying many plainly apparent issues of physical abuse and psychological trauma in our home, with the full complicity of medical personnel who have been repeatedly informed of the repugnant conflict of interest that drives my brother’s forced pharmacological treatment.

Yet, in fleeing the violent assaults of my dropout drug addict older brother, who turned me onto booze, dope and LSD (when he wasn’t punching me out), I took 100 times the drugs my little brother took, and while I had to spend a few years sorting myself out, it was my refusal to take any MORE drugs that saved me from a lifetime of Hellish incapacitation.

Furthermore, at the time this drug use occurred, our older brother’s drug dealer friend was allowed to live in our house and sell drugs from our property – this in the house of a prominent leftist politician, no less. Thus there was a regular supply of marijuana, LSD, and other drugs right there at the breakfast table!

Yet it is claimed that my younger brother Matthew’s one time use of LSD somehow crippled him 14 months later, when there are clearly numerous family issues that contributed to his overwhelming emotional difficulties, all of which remain to this day criminally ignored. Surely LSD has damaged people mentally, but not over a year later, after one experience!! You won’t find this in the medical literature – instead, you’ll learn that LSD was in fact marketed to the general public in the 40′s and 50′s as a psychiatric drug in the first place!! So this industry profits FOR LIFE from their clear victimization of others, even by their own analysis and belief system.

Forced first to take medication for ‘depression’, my brother’s “disease suddenly progressed because we didn’t catch it soon enough”, and he was forced to take stronger and stronger drugs until the horror of his reality, and the toxins designed to attack his brain in an expressly unknown fashion, together overwhelmed him. At every stage of his deterioration, an unknown ‘disease’ was blamed, when the correlations of his mental state to his pharmacological history are plainly obvious.

For this I now endure the most sinister and vile of machinations. For years I was told my younger brother’s condition was proven without doubt by a brain scan that I subsequently found does not even exist as a medical test.

This fact alone begs belief!! Can no one grasp the implications of telling a 16 year old that their brain chemistry is faulty, when this is expressly unproven, and in fact purported evidence of proof is outright FAKED?

The damage that such an unfounded claim can do extends to people’s families. Based on a test that was never done – because it doesn’t exist to this day, people are branded as ‘genetically defective’. This is nothing less than Eugenics – the claim of genetic inferiority/superiority based entirely on the subjective observations of another human being’s external appearance and behavioural habits.

There is no doubt that such claims can influence people’s choice to have one of the widely available, free abortions so ‘humanely’ funded in our country – thus while we claim to be a leader in Human Rights in Canada, we are in fact pursuing a program of selective genocide amongst our own citizens.

Stripped of his right to make any decision regarding his medical care, I spent over a year challenging Matt’s alleged ‘voluntary’ admissions to Hospital on his behalf. For several months I even accused him of lying to me, as he consistently told me he was being forcibly taken to hospital, when he was in fact reported as a ‘voluntary patient’.

When I raised these issues with my family and the professionals involved, the response was typical of the obsessive perversions that drive those who would propagate such a genocidal agenda. Mental Health Authorities were contacted here in Vancouver, and I was reported to them as suicidal. They were given my name, phone number and address, and I was called at all hours of the day and night – while I was at work during the day, and even at 3 o’clock in the morning!

At the time, I was working as a driver for a concert lighting company, which required me to be on call 24/7/365. I was in possession of alarm codes, carried warehouse keys with me at all times, slept with my cell phone next to my alarm clock in case I was needed for emergency deliveries, and regularly worked early in the morning, late into the night, and on weekends. Rarely, if ever, did I have a day off that was not subject to interruption. The added stress of this harassment and criminal accusations of suicidal intent almost cost me my job – and if my boss had taken these claims seriously, I would have been subject to demotion at the very least.

To call me suicidal is not only slander, it is absurd. I believe in God, and that life is a choice that we are making every instant we exist – the ‘intelligent design’ that drives this existence is, I believe, in fact OUR OWN. This is the gift that God has bestowed upon each and every one of us – the gift to create ourselves, and to make the choice of life. Thus it is not possible, in my view, to be suicidal – the proof that one wishes to live is one’s very existence. If you did not expressly want to be here, you wouldn’t be. It is that simple to me.

Yet we are told that ‘chemical imbalances in the brain’ can lead to psychosis and self harm – and that these critical brain dysfunctions can be diagnosed by subjective observations of a person’s appearance and behaviour. I consider this belief to be nothing less than a form of insanity. To claim that the true nature of the self is driven by underlying physiological and so-called ‘genetic’ forces which we are essentially unaware of, and unable to directly control, is not only clinically unproven, it is in fact a psychotic ideation in and of itself!

This is borne out in the psychiatric medical literature : a belief that one is being ‘controlled by other forces’ is a de facto symptom of psychosis. Thus a belief in so called ‘physiological mental illness’ – with its foundational assumptions of underlying physiological and ‘genetic’ causation and overt control of these ‘other forces’ over one’s very being – meets its own criteria of psychotic ideation.

It is my express opinion that this renders ALL psychiatrists as definably ‘Mentally Ill’, using their own criteria as a clinical yardstick.

Clearly, I was very angry with these people, which they attempted to use as further proof of an alleged ‘breakdown’ and ‘suicidal state’, diagnosed from 2000 miles away, purely on the basis of hearsay! However, when I informed these Nazi scum that they were nothing less than Professional Voyeurs and Intellectual Perverts, who sought to enrich themselves through the victimization of others’ legitimate human vulnerabilities, the calls and slander abruptly stopped.

Funny how when you stand up to cowards, they scurry away for greener, more subservient pastures.

However, this sick, libellous abuse did not end there. Despite being allegedly so mentally fragile every aspect of his life must be tightly controlled, and he must be forcibly medicated by intravenous injection, my brother Matthew was told that I was going to kill myself, 3 days before Christmas 2007. Thus I spent literally the entire holiday on the phone with him daily, convincing him that I was not going to leave him in this brutal fashion.

This is CRIMINAL ABUSE, no matter how one looks at it!! Efforts on my part to take legal action were met with either outright refusal to take the case, or exorbitant demands for large cash retainers, leaving me feeling that my money would be taken from me, and nothing would be done. I have already had one experience similar to this, in which a lawyer in Ottawa took my money to look into my brother’s case, then informed me that she had called his doctors, and they told her that everything was fine. It is REPREHENSIBLE BEYOND UNDERSTANDING!

This cruel and inexcusable treatment of my brother, and libellous aspersions on my character, was repeated during the Christmas 2008 season, however Matt was not so prone to believe these lies a second time, and now clearly understands that such claims are completely baseless, and how incompatible they are with my philosophy of life and spiritual beliefs.

During this very stressful period, I was even laughably said to be suffering from a brain tumour by my aforementioned older brother, Ben Cassidy – an extremely troubled man who violently assaulted Matthew and I throughout our childhood almost daily, right up until I was 15 years old. Rather than being disciplined for this, our parents instead used his size and propensity for abuse as a tool of control within our household, whenever we rebelled against the increasingly erratic and disturbed demands of our medically obsessed parents. Clearly, his role in the ongoing destruction of our younger brother represents nothing less than a criminal continuation of this disgusting abuse to this day.

Still, I continued to unravel the sick and perverse methods by which a person can be imprisoned within such a fraudulent medical system. Here is how it works : ALL decisions regarding my brother Matthew’s medical treatment are made FOR him – however, it is then legal for the Royal Ottawa Hospital to report these decisions as explicitly his own – even to immediate blood relatives such as myself. Thus, in a legal sense, the tool used to enforce his treatment regimen is his OWN DEMAND FOR IT. Legally, he is imposing his forced treatment regimen on himself, against his own will!! It’s sheer madness!!

In this fashion, I myself was co-opted into my brother’s abuse. When even the CEO’s office at the ROH told me that Matthew had admitted himself voluntarily, I took this to be true, assuming that the legal ramifications of such a lie were prohibitive of such a possibility, and accused Matt of misrepresenting his situation to me. Crushed by this, he nevertheless insisted he was being threatened with arrest, and incarceration in much harsher conditions at the Ottawa Civic’s Emergency Psychiatric Ward. It all but broke his heart to have me accuse him in this manner – and in the end, I found that the only person who has ever provided me with a truthful and consistent account of his circumstance has been Matthew himself.

As if that isn’t criminally insane enough – when I found him suffering from some overt physical issues a few years ago, I subsequently discovered that, despite the KNOWN toxicity of the drugs he has been FORCED to take since he was 16 years old, regular physical check ups are NOT a part of his treatment regimen!!!

His psychiatrist drugs him into oblivion, and then does NOTHING to monitor his overall health!! When I asked how this could be possible, I was told – and I quote – “If Matthew won’t go to the doctor, no one can force him to.” It is INANE.

While the Royal Ottawa Hospital told me they had no legal authority over my brother’s continued clinical status, they criminally interfered with a complaint I made to the CPSO, interrogating my brother in a closed session on the details of my complaint and his relationship with me. While my complaint involved his doctor, Alison Freeland, arbitrarily testing new drugs on him, she admitted him into hospital and began to experiment with his medication again WHILE MY COMPLAINT IN THIS REGARD WAS OUTSTANDING!

Clearly this was an entirely criminal, legally and morally abhorrent effort to silence him, and it WORKED. Threatened with the loss of his subsidized apartment, he capitulates over and over again to his treatment, in fear of abandonment and homelessness.

I reported this to the Ottawa Police, and they informed me that I have no valid concerns, as my brother can change his care whenever he chooses – a blatant fallacy they now refuse to investigate! He lives in legitimate terror, and the ‘evidence’ supporting his ‘diagnosis’ is entirely fraudulent.

Unfortunately, it is the nature of psychiatric drugs to CAUSE brain damage – in fact, that is the only real known clinical effect of this class of drugs. Read the package inserts, they all say “The mechanism by which this medication operates in the human brain is NOT KNOWN.” However, this class of drugs are claimed to correct a person’s “chemical brain imbalance”.

Yet there does not exist, to this day, a test to determine the current chemical state of a living human brain. Thus no one can say what my brother’s brain chemistry WAS, what it IS NOW, nor what chemical profile is being sought in the patient, nor even how these drugs might effect this change. How can one possibly claim to be able to meaningfully manipulate a person’s brain chemistry if it is not possible to know what it is in the first place?!?!

Yet while it is plainly stated that no one has a clue how they react in the human brain, the damage these drugs cause is both clinically proven and well known amongst the professional community. Doctors themselves will admit these drugs cause psychoses in a ‘normal’ person – thus it is CLINICALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE AN INCORRECT DIAGNOSIS.

So if you aren’t mentally ill before you take them, you will be once you begin your recommended LIFETIME prescription. Withdrawal symptoms mimic psychoses – it is nothing less than chemically induced mental dysfunction, and it is rampant in our populations today.

I am a pariah for speaking out against my own family on this, but the gravity of the issue belies any such concerns. My brother’s ‘Substitute Decision Maker’, who maintains sole legal control of his ‘treatment’, is former Ontario NDP Leader Michael Cassidy.

As his son, I endured his homosexual affairs with his staff, in Ottawa and Toronto, which tore our family to pieces. Ahead a year and on the Honour Roll at high school, I found myself run out of the house by an obsessive-controlling Communist who would pound the dinner table yelling Stalinist slogans, and then threaten to forcibly medicate me if I didn’t comply.

As a result of this debilitating psychological and physical abuse, in conjunction with regular, almost daily assaults at the hand of my already dropout drug addict older brother, I ran away from home, and never finished Grade 10. I went from an A student, to a drop out on welfare. My future of university turned into a life as a foot messenger and intense personal issues by the time I was 19.

Sadly and horribly, my younger bro Matt never made it out of this wholly soul-destroying environment. He remains trapped in the result of this abusive nightmare, a product of those who have no clearly expressed spiritual belief system, yet claim to be able to chemically alter another human being toward an understanding of reality that they themselves remain unwilling – and clearly unable -to coherently articulate.

Good God, his own parents never even taught him how to shave, yet mocked him regularly in his early 20′s – a struggling mental patient, no less – for his ridiculous facial hair. I saw this occur during a visit one Christmas, took him into the bathroom and showed him how to take care of himself properly. It took me 5 minutes, and he has been neat in appearance ever since. I cannot FATHOM how such a situation could ever exist, but there it is – what kind of father laughs in his son’s face in lieu of teaching him such basic hygiene?

THIS is the true psychosis Matt labours under – yet those who surround my brother are so blind to their absurd belief system of ‘chemical reductionism‘, that such blatant transgressions are routinely ignored and blamed on an unproven physiological condition.

This is effectively a CULT that operates amongst us, and its tentacles extend further and further into our lives every day, at the behest of our own blood, sweat and tears, stolen from us in the form of taxes taken under threat of armed force. What Gods this cult prays to has never been explained to me, though I have asked repeatedly after the underlying belief system represented here. I can only conclude the obvious – these people bow to a force that can only be described as SATAN.

I report this from the belly of the beast, folks – THIS is your tax dollars at work!! YOU are paying to build the Fascist/Socialist network that seeks to enslave humanity, and so far it is doing a pretty good job – for any of us who dare to stray from the status quo risk a chemical assault, without trial or other reasonable recourse, that I challenge any one of you to withstand with your confidence, self-esteem, dignity, or even your critical faculties intact.

The Medico-Fascist State is well in place already in Canada – for example, while mandatory childhood vaccines have been doubled the past 30 years, autism rates have gone from 1 in 2500, to 1 in 166 !!!!!! This seeds the population with a future of BILLIONS in profits, realized by a Medical Profession with DIRECT ACCESS TO THE TAX BASE.

Vaccines are made from cultures of diseased monkey kidneys, chicken fetuses, human abortive tissue, and even the pooled sera of Manhattan homosexual men!! Yet we are told there is no connection to the childhood diseases we see increasingly afflicting society’s youth?!?! Can anyone be expected to truly believe that?!? Would YOU inject such things into yourself or your loved ones knowingly? Read Fear Of The Invisible, British Investigative Journalist Janine Roberts explains the truth quite succinctly.

This is just another example of the psychotic and murderous pursuit of profit and social status amongst members of our medical communities, which threatens nothing less than the collapse of our culture, economy and ultimately our society as a whole, so pernicious is their greed. This kind of abuse MUST be stopped, or we are going to experience as a people a critical social failure of nothing less that Roman proportions – if we aren’t watching it occur, the world over, already.

This is a crucial link to the increasing prevalence of psychiatric drug use in our school age citizens. With upwards of 1 in 6 children today showing signs of vaccine damage related to autism, such as ADHD and Asperger’s Syndrome, rather than question the absurdly dangerous use of vaccines in the first ten years of life, children suffering from vaccine and food additive related neurological issues are instead BLAMED for their alleged dysfunction, and branded with such entirely imaginary and fraudulent ‘diseases’ as ‘Oppositional Defiance Disorder’, requiring the further forced ingestion of psychiatric drugs that represent little more than a chemical lobotomy.

This is ABUSE, by what can only be described as the sickest, most perverse elements of our societies. In fact, it is nothing short of SATANIC in its nature – and when the institution of education becomes somehow more ‘genetically correct’ than the very children it was built to serve, then we have not only lost our way as a people, but we have spiralled inexorably into madness and excruciating, torturous self-hatred and self-inflicted death.

I’m sorry to post this, believe me – I know how vile it is to speak out against one’s family in such a manner – but I am at the end of my rope. I can’t afford a lawyer, even if I could find one to take the case, which is virtually impossible. My brother is slowly dying, and I am being blatantly lied to in order to further this wholly fraudulent agenda. It is nothing less than MURDER.

If anyone wants to take a piece out of me for posting this, bring on the hate – I’m pretty much immune by now.

If you are witness to a crime, and do nothing, then you are by definition complicit in that crime – and I am no murderer.

And this is what Socialist Medicine – and Socialism as a whole – represents for us all.

2) The science that allegedly supports my forced medical treatment regimen is inherently flawed and in fact fraudulent. As there remains to this day no clinical or laboratory test to specifically determine the current chemical state of a living human brain, it is impossible to state with any certainty that I have a ‘chemical brain imbalance’, and it is furthermore impossible to claim to be able to adjust my brain chemistry in any meaningful manner whatsoever. This is hardly a scientific matter, as any reasonably educated layman can easily grasp these inconsistencies in the forced medical abuse that I have endured for over 25 years;

3) Given that it is impossible to know a human being’s specific brain chemistry, informing me that there is something wrong with MY brain chemistry represents both criminal abuse and, on the part of any medical personnel, malpractice. In regard to this matter I have been criminally denied my most basic rights of autonomy and human dignity, and most importantly denied ‘informed consent’ by those imposing my current medical regimen upon my person by threat of physical assault and incarceration;

4) Attempting to adjust another human’s brain chemistry with toxic chemicals in a clinical environment devoid of reasonable fact represents nothing less than Medical Research carried out on my person AGAINST MY EXPRESS WILL. Thus, this forced treatment regimen is in clear violation of The Helsinki Accords and The Declaration of Helsinki of 1964. Considering the known toxicity of the substances I am forced to ingest, this state of affairs further represents Criminal Disregard for Human Life, if not outright murder;

5) My Secondary Decision Maker (SDM), Michael Morris Cassidy, has repeatedly lied to myself and immediate family regarding tests allegedly supporting my diagnosis which are in fact non-existent, as well as his specific legal status in relation to my forced medical treatment regimen. Such intentional duplicity grossly violates my human rights, and suggests a criminal conspiracy to continue my abusive medical treatment against my will, as well as silence the concerns of myself and immediate family members through outright lies, intimidation, and intentional misinformation. This includes flatly denying his role as my SDM to immediate family members for several years;

6) My SDM, Michael Morris Cassidy, has a mental health history of his own, which he has concealed from public view, and for which he has refused the very same treatments which he now is instrumental in imposing upon my person. This is an untenable state of affairs, in a repugnant legal environment, and must be rectified IMMEDIATELY, as it is clinically and legally abhorrent, and plainly suggests the possibility that false information was presented to support my initial diagnosis 25 years ago;

7) At no point in my diagnosis and treatment has any mention been made of severe marital dischord in the home at the time of my initial emotional issues and subsequent mental health diagnoses, nor of the wholly ignored physical, emotional and psychological abuse I suffered at the hands of both my legal guardians and both older siblings. This abuse has remained prevalent in my family life throughout my childhood and formative years, and into my adult life. In this manner I suffer to this day from the physical, emotional and psychological abuse of my youth, which has continued into my adult life, while no attempt has been made to address these issues, nor to remove the wholly inappropriate legal power my SDM, Michael Morris Cassidy, holds over my life, in spite of repeatedly expressed concerns by myself and other immediate family members;

8 ) As there are undisclosed mental health issues on the part of my SDM, Michael Morris Cassidy, this suggests an unstable relationship with the medical sciences that may have contributed to my forced diagnosis and treatment. This is illuminated by a general obsession with medical matters and severe, debilitating illness in the family home that is prevalent throughout my childhood, as well as an apparent desire to be close to and accepted by persons in the medical profession on the part of one or both legal guardians. As previously stated, this clearly suggests that reports of allegedly ‘disturbing’ behaviour critical to my initial diagnosis may have been falsified;

9) In support of these concerns of perversity, other evidence of severe medical abuse has recently come to light in my family, surrounding one sibling’s loss of his right eye as an infant in our family home. This was followed by at least one parent’s entry into the mental health system, a matter that requires intensive scrutiny and investigation for potential relevance to my life experience, initial diagnosis, and ongoing forced treatment in the absence of my Charter Rights;

10) In light of all of these concerns, it is plainly apparent that my current legal and medical status represents nothing less than a case of chemically induced mental illness. It is impossible to meaningfully manipulate another person’s brain chemistry if one cannot know what it is in the first place, and lying to me about this has been especially emotionally and psychologically devastating. I DEMAND, as I have for years, that other avenues of treatment be sought, and that the 25 year old failed hypothesis of ‘chemical brain imbalance’ applied to myself be both addressed as the unsupportable and libellous allegation that it is, and abandoned as a central assumption driving treatment decisions in my case;

11) In light of all of the serious and wholly relevant legal and moral concerns outlined above, I, Matthew Michael Cassidy, DEMAND IMMEDIATE LEGAL REPRESENTATION TO DEFEND MYSELF AGAINST THE EGREGIOUS VIOLATIONS OF MY HUMAN, CIVIL, CHARTER, AND CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS;

12) This is the entirety of my legal statements on this matter. I do not desire nor intend to elaborate on these issues without third party, independent legal representation, outside of the current system of mental health lawyers, who have also consistently ignored my rights and concerns in the past.
